What’s all you need to do to change the language within the app? Here is a guide:

  1. First of all open WhatsApp.
  2. Then tap on the menu button.
  3. Later on go to Settings.
  4. After you reached settings, head to Chat and open App Language.
  5. 5. Now you can choose the language whatever you want from the Popup that appears.
  6. According to your phone’s capabilities, the list may include: English, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada and Malayalam, so you can Select the language of your choice.

However, readers must have noted that as a general rule, WhatsApp does follow the language of the phone. For example, in case one of you changes his phone’s language to Hindi, then WhatsApp will automatically be in Hindi.

◆ Select the language you want to choose.
