All tickets for PSL final has been sold out within hours

All tickets for PSL final has been sold out within hours and yet these International players are not sure to visit Pakistan

Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2018 is at peak nowadays and eventually entering into its last stage. We all know that two semifinals and final match will be played in Pakistan. Interestingly, all tickets for final match which is going to be held in Karachi have been sold out.

On the other hand, just like the previous edition of PSL, this time a number of international cricketers have refused to participate in matches which are going to be held in Pakistan.

On the top, English board seems to have forced a firm policy on traveling to Pakistan since Eoin Morgan, Jason Roy and Sam Billings are unable to take part in the playoffs and final to be held in Lahore and Karachi, respectively.

It has not been long since Morgan and Roy joined their teams. The English skipper is a part of Karachi Kings team while Roy part of Quetta Gladiators.

Apart from these English players, Kevin Pietersen and Shane Watson has spoken about their desire to play in the eliminators but haven’t yet sure whether they would be agreeable to visit Pakistan.

On this situation, Sarfraz Ahmed, the caption of Quetta Gladiators claimed that he remains expectant and positive.

Speaking to Gulf News, he said:

“KP is KP but I hope he takes a good decision. He will definitely realize that last year we suffered loss because of the absence of four international players. But we have replacements in line as well now.”

Here is the list of players who has either refused or remains unsure for PSL 3 Eliminator matches.

  • Alex Hales from Islamabad United
  • Sam Billings from Islamabad United
  • Jason Roy from Quetta Gladiators
  • Kevin Pietersen from Quetta Gladiators
  • Shane Watson from Quetta Gladiators
  • Eoin Morgan from Karachi Kings

On the other side, we got some rumors that the PSL administration cannot risk conducting the final not including international players.

The situation is intense so, what step can administration take?  Well, they can’t move the final to Dubai but they can offer extra bonuses to the foreign players.

Furthermore, the tickets for the much anticipated final of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2018 which is going to be held in Karachi have been sold out within just 15 hours after going on sale.

There were Tickets were sold at 32 designated TCS Express Centers across the city and they sold tickets on the first come, first serve basis.
