FAW collaborates with Al-Haj group to manufacture FAW V2 in Pakistan
This is the age of the tiredness of the pakistani people of the in-house monopoly while the Chinese vehicles are emerging in the Pakistani auto industry like a storm.
A Chinese state-owned automotive manufacturing company FAW Motors, now going to manufacture FAW V2 passenger car in Pakistan in collaboration with Al-Haj group.
All thanks to the improved auto policies of the country, numerous companies are opting to manufacture vehicles in Pakistan including Hyundai, KIA etc. FAW V2 will be the pioneer locally manufactured 1300 CC Chinese car. The car will carry the price tag of Rs 1,070,000.
The car boasts:
A fuel efficient VCT-1.3 Engine
5-speed manual transmission
37 liters fuel capacity offering the fuel average of 14-15KM.
Dual SRS airbags and ABS+EBD brakes, for passengers’ safety.
Electric Power windows
Power steering
Alloy wheels
LED tail lights
Large trunk space
FAW V2 is open for bookings and will be available in five colors.
Bilal Afridi, Company’s Managing Director says that FAW has earlier invested Rs 2.5 billion for the launch of set up of the company in Pakistan the company will also invest Rs 1.3 billion for the improvement of its local assembly in the country.
