New version for the Redmi K30 pops up on TENAA

In the most recent turn of events, the latest suggestion from TENAA reveals the update process done with regards to product information for the Redmi K30 5G. The listing goes on to show an addition of a new version – with the inclusion of a 48MP main camera.

The Redmi K30 5G made its entrance into the smartphone world back in December of last year – and made history as it became the very first 5G smartphone that Redmi had to show off. The device arrives with a quad camera setup that features with a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor as the main sensor. The new version though seemingly features with a less powerful yet more efficient 48MP sensor which is also believed to be a Sony camera sensor. Apart from this though, all the features remain pretty much the same.

If you’ve forgotten already, to recap, the phone actually arrives with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor that proceeds on to use a 7nm EUV process. The K30 5G features with a 6.67-inch dual-punch hole display that arrives with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a screen ratio of 91 percent. On both the front as well as the back is found Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The other sensors found in the phone’s rear camera setup include an 8MP ultrawide lens with a 120-degree field of view, a 5MP macro lens and finally, a 2MP depth assist lens. On the other hand, on the front is found an AI-powered dual camera setup which goes on to include a 20MP main lens and a 2MP depth sensor to give company to the main sensor. To make matters even better for the potential customer, the phone’s front camera goes on to fully support 30fps full HD video shooting.
