Samsung may be working on a less expensive Note 10

The Galaxy Note 10 series saw its debut just a couple of months ago, and now, there is a suggestion that the Korean manufacturer may be working on yet another device to induct into its flagship smartphone series. However, this time around, it is rumored that the new induction will be a less expensive alternative : a mid-range variant of the Galaxy Note 10.

Starting at in and around $1000, the current Note 10 lineup does not at all bring about the element of affordability. And while Samsung might justify such high price tags for its Note 10 flagship devices when taking into consideration the specs as well as other factors such as an inflated market space, it still is quite expensive and hence not financially feasible for everyone.

If it is indeed true and Samsung does end up launching a less expensive version of the Note 10, it would only end up giving the users a basic Note experience – not the flagship experience that the current Note devices have on offer. It has been indicated that this budget Note 10 will be available in Europe in two colors : black along with red. For now though, we aren’t quite sure whether the device will be available in varying sizes, or indeed if it even will be available in other markets or not. In that respect, only time will tell whether the device ends up being available in other regions of the globe.

In any case, this won’t exactly be the very first time that Samsung decided to induct a cheaper variant in its flagship Note lineup. The company released the Galaxy Note 3 Neo five years ago back in 2014 – as the device was welcomed into the market as an affordable
counterpart of the Galaxy Note 3.

Ever since that device though, Samsung hasn’t gone down the route of releasing a  cheaper Galaxy Note variant and one would have to imagine that with the inflated prices of smartphones, where they now cost several thousand dollars, this would be a very welcome addition! Exactly how the market judges the device with regards to its price tag and its capabilities, we can only wait and see.
