VIVO IQOO NEO 855 IS A BEAST THAT WONT ASK FOR YOU FOR MUCH

The transformation of the flagship killer category has been nothing short of amazing! The phones that have been coming in the past couple years have shown that you don’t need to sell a kidney or two to get the best of specs. Some companies have realized that if we just provide raw power to the consumer, they will be more than satisfied, atleast majority of them will be. That is the case which motivated OnePlus to start making such phones and look where they are today. Among those following this example is Vivo with its IQOO lineup. Last year it introduced the IQOO NEO sd845, which by the name shows that it packs a lot of punch with the Snapdragon 845. This year, IQOO is taking it up a notch.

Starting with the design and display, a 6.38 inch waterdrop notch AMOLED panel would blow your mind away with an underdisplay fingerprint sensor, the phone makes one hell of a first impression. The camera setup of a trio is stacked up at the back and the color availability is also pretty decent with a Purple, Aurora White and black options.

The variants would be addressing a large market with the following combinations:

  • 64GB Memory, 6GB RAM
  • 64GB Memory, 8GB RAM
  • 128GB Memory, 6GB RAM
  • 128GB Memory, 8GB RAM

Here is a bit of a letdown with the software as it packs Vivo overly custom FunTouch OS skinned atop Android 9.0 PIE. However, with companies realizing that they are better off making simpler skins Vivo might soon jump on that bandwagon.

The cameras are 12, 8 and 2 MP on the back and a 12MP on the front, nothing to brag about here. However, the battery tech is pretty impressive with a 4500 MAH battery with 33w fast charging, which promises 30% faster charging than the original neo. Now here is what you all have been waiting for, read the spec rundown and find it for yourself and you will be in awe for what the phone packs and what Vivo asks for it:
