Business friendly and water resistant phone with reimagined camera gets leaked its unveiling video. The long-rumoured Samsung Galaxy S9 got leaked in a video yesterday, before its wrap off ceremony today. The video showed a bunch of images of Samsung’s Galaxy S9 and S9+ that make the specs revealed both the devices official.
The accidentally leaked video is focused on selling the S9 handsets to enterprise customers, with a background voice saying “now the perfect phone for you is the perfect phone for business”.
However, the video has also revealed the main slogan for the S9 “The Phone. Reimagined”, which can and also will be broken into more specific iterations such as “The Camera. Reimagined” from the company’s official event invite.

Another interesting thing to note is that Samsung is promising “up to” four years of security updates for the S9 duo, but that seems to only apply to those who could get the Enterprise Edition package. The S9 phones are being expected to ship with “AR Readiness”, and also it is said that these phones will have support for remote over-the-air firmware updates.
According to some experts, it is worth believing that Samsung will use new technology from Qualcomm or Synaptics to place a fingerprint scanner underneath its screen.
So, this could most probably satisfy the fans who slammed Samsung’s decision to move the sensor to the back of the phone with its last model.
The awkward positioning of the camera is because the users are seen smudging the camera with their fingers. And the camera is tipped for a major upgrade.
In Samsung’s official MWC 2018 event invite, the company said the device to be set for “reimagine” smartphone photography.
Apparently, Samsung has developed a camera that can shoot video at 1,000 frames per second, trumping the competition.
The phone will use Samsung’s own Exynos 9810 processor, or Qualcomm’s similarly powerful Snapdragon 845 built by Samsung.
The Snapdragon 845, an octa-core chip running at 2.8GHz, is said to offer a 30% performance boost over its predecessor.
According to Dominic Sunnebo, mobile expert & Global Director at Kantar Worldpanel ComTech the iPhone X played catch up to last year’s Galaxy S8, but Samsung has to stay ahead on the tech front to beat the Apple’s powerful brand.
Still we don’tknow the official pricing for the device but it’s fair to say that the Samsung Galaxy S9 will be very expensive. However according to the latest rumors, the Galaxy S9 could cost £100 more than last year’s model, so we can expect £789 proce for the new phone.
