Mate 10 Lite vsOppo F5 vs Nokia 6 vs Vivo V7. All Hail Android.  All hail Competition… The availability of premium midrange smartphones on Android platform in emerging markets like Pakistan has boosted the smartphone’s rivalry, which in return resulted in innovation. The rivalry of brands has always ended up in providing state of the art innovation and achievement. This is much similar sort of thing which we are also witnessing in Pakistan. The emerging smartphones brand mostly Chinese have broken the monopoly of tech giants like Apple and Samsung, as there is no smartphone brand left with a large piece of cake as its fair share in the handset market. The top players like Huawei, Oppo, Xiaomi and even emerging and refreshed brands like Vivo and Nokia have their fair share in developing countries.

During the year 2017, especially amid the last couple of months, some extraordinary smartphones have gone over the mainstream. Huawei’s Mate 10 Lite, probably the first mid-ranger with bezel-less display and quad camera setup is soon going to become a top selling product of Huawei in upcoming months. On the other hand, Vivo’s V7 a camera-centric and Nokia’s sleek design, yet durable Nokia 6 smartphone is also a fascination for many. Meanwhile, Oppo’s F5 with its artificially intelligent camera and a precisely neat display is another wonder in our wonderful world. We will give you a brief overview of what these four smartphones are capable of by drawing a comparison between specs and features of these phones.

Display:

Vivo V7 was launched back in November 2017, while Oppo came in October 2017. Mate 10 Lite was also made available in October 2017, while Nokia 6 was launched way back in the beginning of the year in January 2017.

We will follow in same pursuit and arrangement, so in a case, if we miss the name of the smartphone it can be checked by the series sequence mentioned above.

Vivo V7 packs a 5.7-inch screen, 6-inch comes for Oppo F5. While the Mate 10 Lite and Oppo F5 features 5.9 and 5.5 inches screen, respectively. Vivo V7 fails when we talk about screen resolution; it packs 720×1440 pixels. One the other hand Oppo F5 and Mate 10 Lite both have 1080×2160 pixels. Even Nokia 6 has a good screen resolution of 1080×1920 pixels.

All the devices in concern have thin bezels, which makes there the edge to edge display a lot cooler. However, Nokia 6 comes with big fat bezels, as it was launched away early so it does not follow the ongoing vogue of the bezel-less display. Although Nokia 6 has the sleek, stylish and finely finished display yet its strength is durable and groundbreaking design.

Vivo V7 comes with 1.8GHz octa-core processor, while Mate 10 Lite and Nokia 6 have 1.7GHz octa-core and 1.4GHz octa-core processors respectively. Vivo V7 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450, Oppo F5 has MediaTek MT6763T, Mate 10 Lite comes with HiSilicon Kirin 659 and Nokia 6 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon, 430 processors. The interface difference is also there in Vivo V7 has its own Funtouch OS 3.2. Oppo F5 works on ColorOS 3.2, while Mate 10 runs on EMUI 5.1. On the other hand, Nokia has relies on Google provided an interface.

Camera:

As the smartphone camera has been given primary importance these days, so these mid-rangers are heavyweight champions in this field too, especially for taking those beautiful selfies. All the phones pack almost similar 16-megapixel camera on the back with a minor aperture difference. However, Mate 10 Lite has 4 cameras two on the back and two for the front which probably makes its superiority over others.

All the phones are quite efficient and updated as far as the selfies are concerned, however, Nokia 6 features only 8-megapixel front camera which is just fine. Vivo seems to be capturing top spot at this point with a brilliant 24-megapixel front-facing camera. While Oppo F5 as expected from its selfie star and leader has a 20-megapixel front camera. However, Mate 10 Lite is also a player in the long run with its 13-megapixel dual camera setup on the front.

All the phones pack 4GB of RAM, except for Nokia 6 which has another 3GB variant for emerging markets. As far as internal storage is concerned Vivo V7, Oppo F5 and Nokia 5 have 32GB of storage space. While Mate 10 Lite appears to be the boss again with massive 64GB of internal storage. All the devices also feature expandable storage via a microSD card.

Honestly speaking all the devices have very competitive and low prices.

In the long run, all the devices are the champion in their own field, with minor differences at some point. Mate 10 Lite and Nokia 6 are my personal favorite, however, honestly speaking Vivo V7 and Oppo F5 is also very good phones with upgraded cameras and low prices. As wise men say that you should never let other decide for yourself, so I have concluded that all the 4 smartphones are big hits of 2017. With all those specs loaded and budget-friendly smartphones, I will let you decide for yourself, that which phone you must choose.
