What if you could choose between a curved or flat display for the Note 20?

This year could be the first year in many that we might see a Samsung Galaxy flagship with a flat display with the arrival of the Galaxy Note 20 series. What if you could choose between a curved or flat display for the Note 20?

It seems that the displays for both the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20+ could be quite different to one another as new case renders have certainly given out some hints by showing both the device in their respective cases.

There have been a large number of case renders for the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20+. In such leaks, we can see the sides as well as the back panels of both the devices. While on the more expensive Galaxy Note 20+ a curved screen is in fact quite visible, it seems as if the regular Galaxy Note 20 will make its way into the market with a flat screen.

And so, if this does in that turn out to be the case, then it would be the very first time in a rather long time that we see a Samsung flagship featuring without a curved display.

All the renders also go on to show the camera modules for the devices, however, we should all consider the fact that these leaks are never 100 percent reliable to begin with because more often than not, we do see changes before the final product is introduced.

Nonetheless, it would be great to see Samsung giving out the option and having users choose between a curved display or a flat one. While it is indeed true that curved displays seem much more luxurious than flat ones, it is also true that these are much more fragile. Also, accidental touches here and there mean that some users have never gotten used to curved screens. So yes, if Samsung does end up introducing the option : it would be a great one to have!
