WhatsApp officially launches its Business app, letting companies chat with you

WhatsApp Recently has expanded its product line and introduced its separate mobile application which is particularly designed for small businesses. With the help of this new app now you can easily connect with their customers.

The new app “WhatsApp Business” proffers the facility of adding dedicated business profiles which will contain particulars and info like email address, business description, store addresses, website etc.

Moreover, with the help of it you can use smart messaging tools like greetings, quick replies, and away messages along with metrics for how many messages were sent, delivered, and read.

Now, if you are thinking and worrying about the criteria of using it or thinking either you can use both apps (WhatsApp and Whatsapp business)   simultansly?

Then let me tell you luckily, a person can use both WhatsApp Messenger and Business app on a single mobile phone and of course there is also a facility to be registered with different numbers.
