The Note 9 has Samsung best cooling system

The water carbon cooling system was introduced to the public by Samsung when it released its 2016 flagship phone, the Samsung Galaxy s7. Now it isn’t rocket science to know what the purpose of a cooling system is and what it does, because it’s pretty simple : it helps regulate the internal temperature of your smartphone, in order to keep all the functions running smoothly.

Samsung has redefined the water carbon cooling system after it was integrated in its latest flagship phone, the Galaxy Note 9. The phone landed in the market just a week ago, however, the powerful note has the most largest and most ambitious water carbon cooling system we have seen in any Samsung device thus far.

While it may seem to be a big deal, the mechanics of the working principles of the particular system are actually quite simple. The system works like this : inside a porous thermal spreader is a little amount of water. As soon as the device heats up to a particular temperature, the water that is based inside the spreader turns into steam, whose purpose is to carry some of the thermal energy away from the pipe. When the device finally cools down, the steam is turned back into water, and this returns to its original placement back in the spreader so the process repeats for itself.

The Galaxy s7 came with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, 4GB of RAM, and a battery of 3000 mAh. Now the Note 9 comes with snapdragon 845, has twice the amount of RAM, and comes along with a battery which is actually 33 percent more larger than the one in the s7. So to put things into perspective, it’s easy to see that the Note 9 needed to have a bigger and more capable water carbon cooling system when compared to the s7. The cooling system present in the Note 9 is actually quite substantially larger than the one present in the s7, and is even larger than the one present in the Galaxy s9.

To put things into even a greater perspective, just consider the fact that Samsung claims that with increased size and efficiency, the upgraded cooling system’s heat absorption is three times greater than what the company achieved with the Galaxy Note 8.

So why is It exactly a big deal that the Note 9 has such a capable cooling system? Well, with a cooling system of such standards, you can quite easily play games, watch videos, and also perform heavy multitasking operations on your galaxy note 9, without the worries of overheating or the plausibility of lag to bother you.
