According to a tweet by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) –the army’s media wing, Prime Minister Imran Khan has recently visited the General Headquarters, Rawalpindi on Thursday morning for a security briefing.

The Thursday meeting takes after PM Khan and Gen Bajwa’s first-historically speaking authority collaboration as chief executive of armed force on Monday this week at the Prime Minister’s Office.

An announcement following their meeting had expressed that the two had sworn to work intently for foundation of peace in the nation and the region.

They “communicated set out to acquire persevering peace and solidness the nation while additionally proceeding with endeavors for provincial peace”, the Prime Minister Office had said in an announcement.

This is Imran Khan’s first visit to the General Headquarters in the wake of expecting office. Both leaders vowed to nation to maintain their efforts to ensure long-lasting peace and stability in the country.
