Facebook has launched Lasso which is TikTok style media platform

Facebook, in an attempt to make things more interesting for the youth community of Facebook have come up with a platform which may work very well among the youth that use Facebook. They have once again taken out something from their bag of tricks which is seemingly very similar to the TikTok media platform with the launch of Lasso, a music filled video sharing application which according to reports, Facebook have been working for month since October to be more precise in order to make this platform a success. It is now available to be downloaded for IOS and Android.

Facebook has described the new app by stating that “it makes it easy for anyone to create snd and share short videos with fun effects” the application will give allowance to users who want to follow other creators search for content using hashtags and create nee originally designed videos using creative tools, videos and ideas which they can share with the world, videos which express their views. Facebook has made sure to add a massive music library to enhance the experience.

Furthermore as Lasso is owned and controlled by Facebook, it integrates in to the company’s diverse system which means that you can access the application using the Instagram application and of course the Facebook application or create a new account on any of the two social-media platforms in the case where you have decided to stray away from any such websites or apps. Now the app as any other requires access to your photos, profile page and videos. Hence when you make your own videos on the Lasso platform you will be enabled to share them directly to your Facebook story. A similar compatibility promise is also ensured for when you want to share such videos on Instagram.

Finally you can get Lasso, which Facebook has rolled out without making to much noise about the app. This platform has been released yesterday and the app is filled with loads of content to decide from which suggests that the app may have been available to a small group of community members before the global launch.
