Feel easy with Google’s Files Go App Recently Google has launched Files Go App, a new one for freeing up space and for finding files faster as well as easily sharing them with others.

From now on, Files Go app is globally available on Google Play Store for all the devices that are running on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and higher.

The giant of technology, Google has also announced that Files Go will be offered as a part of suite of applications on the upcoming Android Oreo (Go edition) phones that have been scheduled for sale in early 2018 and that’s a great way Google has chosen to welcome the new year.

Smartphone maker companies like Nokia Mobile, Panasonic, Micromax, Lava, Intex, Karbonn Mobiles, and Xolo, would also he offering Files Go as a pre-installed application on select 2018 models.

Files Go helps smartphone users to manage their files, a serious problem in many parts of the world.

Almost daily, a range that counts up to millions of smartphones run out of space but videos, images, apps, and documents never stop coming. Eventually, users access that point where they have to choose what to keep or what they have to delete.

The app solves this problem with four features:

Freeing up space:

Files Go offers personalized suggestions about which files to delete, whether it’s unused apps, large files, duplicate files or the video with low-resolution. This app also uses latest Mobile Vision technology of Google to detect memes.

Finding files faster:

With this app users no longer have to navigate through a maze of folders to find the files are searching for. Smart filters of this app automatically organize images, videos, apps, documents, and more to make it easier to find different kinds of media.

Backup files to the cloud:

In case the users are unsure whether they want to delete a file forever, they can select it from the Files menu and can easily back it up to Google Drive or any other cloud storage application, in this way Files Go helps making decisions in a better way.

Share files offline:

With Files Go, users can transfer their files directly from phone to a nearby phone. The file transfers has become encrypted, fast ( up to 125 Mbps ). Doing this does not require mobile data.

In its testing of the application, Google has found that the average user could save 1GB of space in the first month.
