Finally, HMD Global has announced the Nokia 8.1 the event held in Dubai today. The Nokia 8 is the most powerful and efficient smartphone released by Nokia up till now and is ready to make a huge impact on the Smartphone industry and we can only hope that Nokia will once again become a fierce competitor in this technologically advanced world we live in.
Now to the phone itself. Well, the phone is also known as the Nokia X7 and the new device will be coming with a relatively large screen size of about 6.18 inches and the resolution will be 2246×1080 with a 19:9 ratio. Now on to the color variants of the phone, Nokia 8.1 will be coming in three color variants, Iron/Steel, Blue/Silver and Steel/ Copper.
The phone will also consist of a powerful chipset and one of the latest Chipsets that Qualcomm has produced as yet, the Snapdragon 710 which is clocked at a 2.2Ghz efficiency level which will provide a variably good amount of power to the device. Moreover, the device will be available in two RAM options one in the 4GB capacity and the other in the 6GB capacity and the Internal memory also comes in two options the 64GB and 128GB capacity models.
Finally, Nokia has also opted for Dual cameras on the back one if which is 12megapixels and the other composite camera is 13megapixels and Nokia has assured its customers that the new phone’s camera will bring a significant improvement on the previous Nokia 7 plus camera.
So the phone launches today and the phone will only be available exclusively in the Middle East for some time, and the device will be made available for pre-ordering tomorrow and the device will hit the markets by December 15th in Dubai only and will hit the markets of the Middle-East from December 20.
