Microsoft free Windows 10 upgrade offer to end on December 31st

A couple of years back when Microsoft launch Windows 10 the company did something really special and exceptional with its launch. If you are windows users then you know the fact that for the first time in history, Microsoft presented free Windows 10 upgrade for its users on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1.

The offer was carried out for more than a year and ended it in July last year for general users of Microsoft. But the company decided to continue its offer free Windows 10 upgrade to those users who use Microsoft accessibility features.

Windows Accessibility features are a few options in Windows which are usually for help to those users who may have some problems using in their Windows.

Now the limited offer is announced today by Microsoft to upgrade free Windows 10 for those who use assistive features. The offer is valid for a certain time period and will end on December 31st.

So now this is your last and final chance to upgrade to Windows 10 for free. And obviously, after that it will charge you more than a hundred dollars. Microsoft did not give any reason why it is ending the free upgrade support now.

The idea of free upgrade program of Windows 10 by Microsoft was introduced with the launch of Windows 10. It enabled the company to amplify and increase Windows 10 market share.

The idea still hit the market as Windows 10 rapidly crossed Windows 8 and 8.1 in terms of market share for the reason of this offer. Now around 30% devices has installed it but still incapable to beat Windows 7 which has a market share of around 46%.

Well, on a lighter note there must be something amazing in Windows 7 that its users still love it so much that they didn’t give up and are not even accepting a free Windows upgrade offer. Is it strange? But it is the reality. Most of its users consider Windows 7 stable than other versions
