To overcome battery issues, Next generation iPhone X models may feature two-cell battery. Apple is in a bid to soon bring a second generation iPhone X and it may also carry its elder partner alongside.

Apple has already been suggested to bring lower priced 6.1-inch iPhone but the latest report hints towards another second-generation standard iPhone X size flagship and a larger 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus.

As we know, iPhone X from the house of Apple has already been on the high tides after launch at the tenth-anniversary of Cupertino based Smartphone Company. However, again rumored suggest that company is in a bid to launch not one, not two, but three smartphones in 2018.

Ming-chi Kuo of KGI Securities recently revealed a report which states that the new iPhone X, iPhone X Plus and lower-priced 6.1-inch iPhone likely launching later this year.

Kuo has been highly considered for his analysis and forecasts for impending Apple products due to his authentic resources.

Apart from the names and time frame of the launch of the three anticipated models, recent report also highlights and reveals a variety of upgrades and features.

The 6.1-inch iPhone is going to be an unusual smartphone due to some odd reasons, primarily its size is going to be bigger than regular iPhone X and smaller than the new-fangled iPhone X Plus.

Secondly, the smartphone will have just one main camera instead of the iPhone X’s two. Isn’t strange? And as a final point, it will be using an LCD screen as a replacement of OLED.

Now let’s talk about iPhone X Plus which is going to have 6.5-inch display, Kuo believes that Apple will boost the battery to a two-cell L-shaped one, greater than ever capacity by 10%, which is (3,400 mAh) by now 25% higher than the iPhone X.

Apart from these features, there might not be a great deal that will differentiate the iPhone X Plus from the 2018 iPhone X. Both iPhone X models will get 4GB of RAM whereas the 6.1-inch iPhone will feature a 3GB of RAM.

In nutshell, the 2018 iPhone Xs are getting insignificant upgrades to last year’s models. There is not so much unusual or special from the Samsung Galaxy S9’s theme this year.

Moreover, Apple might be thinking there’s not much to progress on a previously perfect formula. In the meantime, iPhone SE 2 has also been supposed to be hitting the markets in March.
