Preliminary reports suggest that a hazardous substance accidentally entered the water tank of the school, making the water unfit for consumption. The exact nature of the toxic substance remains unknown, pending laboratory analysis of a water sample collected by the school administration. Upon consuming the contaminated water, the students began experiencing adverse health effects, prompting their immediate transfer to a hospital. Authorities Swiftly Respond to the Crisis

Deputy Commissioner Karak, Ahmad Zeib, wasted no time in addressing the incident. He directed Assistant Commissioner Headquarters Karak, Younis Khan, and Additional Assistant Commissioner One Karak, Shamimullah, to visit the school premises and assess the situation firsthand. This prompt response reflects the administration’s commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the students.

Timely Aid and Treatment from Rescue 1122

Rescue 1122, the emergency response service, acted swiftly by providing immediate first aid to approximately twenty girls and swiftly transporting them to the district headquarters hospital. Thanks to their timely intervention, the majority of the girls are now in stable condition and are being discharged from the hospital. A report from the hospital administration indicates that approximately 95 percent of the patients with gastrointestinal issues have shown signs of improvement after medical examination.

Comprehensive Investigation Initiated

In order to determine the exact cause of the incident and prevent any future occurrences, DC Karak has formed an inquiry committee. The committee, led by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, will conduct a thorough investigation into all aspects related to the contamination incident.
