US-AID Donates $20 Million For UET PESHAWAR

Pakistan’s energy sector has been the source of many investment projects since the lifetime, and now it’s the investment project of UET Peshawar. US-AID is ready to hand out about 20 million USD for this project now!

Dr. Ifitikhar Hussain, the university’s vice-chancellor made the news viral during the open forum in the city. He spoke about the US-AID’s contribution to the socio-economic development of Pakistan through USPCASE.

He further says that there had been many obstacles in the way of this project but US-AID has now finally laid a hand of support to us. AsadQaiser, Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and other distinguished personalities from the province were in attendance.

USPCASE has been established by the USAID and aims at bringing the three main sectors together, named academics, state and industry together. $127 million have been given in funds. And 4 of the Pakistani universities have gained the affiliation of 3 universities of Untied States.
