PTCL records robust performance in Q1 2016 Islamabad

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has announced today its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, in its Board of Directors meeting held in Islamabad.

 

PTCL Group earned Rs. 29.3 billion revenue during the quarter whereas PTCL’s revenues were Rs. 18.0 billion. Data revenues increased compared to the same period last year. The Company’s profitability remained stable despite competition. Net profit of the Company stood at Rs. 3.1 billion which was 27% higher compared to Rs. 2.5 billion of the same period last year. Likewise, PTCL Group’s profitability also increased significantly.
